.old

To celebrate getting closer to that horrid phrase 'mid-twenties', I hit Wagamama twice, saw some excellent photos at the Photographic Portrait Prize (which had bucked the credit-crunchie trend and become free this year, rather than £1) then got wasted without really realising it in a pub surrounded by my friends and those who I can only describe adequately as Sloane Rangers.  Gross.  One of my birthday presents was a copy of Twilight which I am absolutely in love with and finished in approximately 12 hours.

Despite my overwhelming desire to make the last few days as mind-numbingly sedate as possible, I've found myself doing something almost every day, which has been quite annoying.  Today, however, I had only planned to go out of the house to get something for lunch, but the thought of putting on some real clothes makes me feel queasy, so I'm going to have to sniff something out in the house so I can remain pyjama-ed all day.  Tomorrow is my first day volunteering at the Oxfam Online depot which should be rather fun, then Thursday will be spent smiling about being in American Lit, chilling with my grandad and clocking up some more lazathon hours.  Somewhere in between all that I'll watch Office Space and probably Bottle Rocket, try to finish Snow Falling on Cedars, order the next Twilight book, make a mushroom risotto and look forward to spending the weekend at my second home.

Will my two assignments ever be completed?  Will my revision ever start?
